1. About oGoing.ai Reports

oGoing.ai provides automated AI visibility analysis for websites and brands. Our reports are generated using publicly available data, structured data analysis, and queries to publicly accessible AI search engines (including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity). Reports reflect conditions at the time of each scan and are updated periodically.

2. Methodology

Website Reports evaluate four dimensions: SEO health, AI readiness (structured data and semantic HTML), social media tag optimization, and content quality. Each dimension is scored on a 0–100 scale using objective, reproducible criteria.

Brand Presence Reports measure how well AI search engines recognize and describe a brand. We query multiple AI engines with standardized prompts and evaluate responses using a structured rubric covering recognition, factual accuracy, authority, and cross-engine consistency. Scores reflect the AI engines' current knowledge — not the quality of the business itself.

All scoring criteria are applied consistently across all analyzed entities. We do not manually adjust scores or accept payment to influence results. Our commitment is to honest, objective analysis.

3. Fair Use & Editorial Analysis

Reports published in the oGoing.ai observatory constitute editorial analysis and commentary based on publicly available information. This is similar to how platforms such as credit rating agencies, SEO audit tools, and review aggregators publish independent assessments.

oGoing.ai reports are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by the brands or websites analyzed. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

4. Accuracy & Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, automated analysis has inherent limitations. AI engine responses may change between scans, websites may update after our last scan, and AI models may produce incomplete or inaccurate information about certain brands. Reports represent a snapshot in time and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.

oGoing.ai provides reports on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Review & Removal Requests

If you are the owner or authorized representative of a brand or website featured in our observatory and you believe a report contains inaccurate information, or you wish to request its removal, please contact us at support@ogoing.com. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

6. Use of This Site

By using oGoing.ai, you agree to use the service for lawful purposes only. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute report data without written permission. Free scans are subject to usage limits.

7. Privacy Policy

oGoing.ai respects your privacy. This section explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

7.1 Information We Collect

• Account data: Email address and authentication credentials when you create an account.
• Scan data: Website URLs and brand names you submit for analysis. We do not store the content of scanned websites.

• Payment data: Credit purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

7.2 How We Use Your Data

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

7.3 Active Sessions & Operational Monitoring

When you are signed in, oGoing.ai sends a lightweight heartbeat to our servers approximately once per minute while the tab is active. This heartbeat includes your current page path, browser user-agent string, and a timestamp. Anonymous or guest visitors do not send this heartbeat.

We use this information solely for operational purposes: to detect abuse, diagnose reliability issues, and provide support. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or behavioral tracking outside the service. Admins can see which signed-in users are currently active and which page they are viewing.

7.4 Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Scan results for registered users are retained to enable historical tracking. Active-session heartbeat records are deleted after 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7.5 Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate oGoing.ai, including cloud hosting, payment processing (Stripe), and AI engine APIs (OpenAI, Google, Perplexity). These services have their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum data necessary for them to function.

8. Cookies & Tracking

oGoing.ai uses essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Anonymous usage analytics may use local storage to improve your experience.

9. Your Rights (CCPA / GDPR)

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
